Philippine real estate has a trust problem.
There are roughly 35,000 licensed brokers in this country, and over 120,000 unlicensed agents. Consumers have no easy way to tell the difference. Legitimate professionals get lumped in with bad actors. And there's no central place for agents to learn what they actually need to know.
REN.PH exists to change that.
We're building free infrastructure for the entire industry. Verification tools so consumers can check who they're dealing with. Training so agents can actually learn the regulations. Resources so buyers, sellers, and professionals can all make better decisions.
The goal isn't to gatekeep. It's to raise the standard for everyone.

Why Free?
Because this should exist for everyone, not just those who can pay.
The industry has enough people trying to make money off agents. What it doesn't have is shared infrastructure that protects consumers, supports professionals, and lifts the standard across the board.
That's what we're building.
Who's Behind This
I'm Aaron Zara. Licensed real estate broker, software developer, former OFW.
I've run a brokerage. I've dealt with former agents misrepresenting themselves. I've watched clients struggle to verify who they're working with. I've seen new agents enter the industry with zero guidance on how to do things right.
Someone had to build this. Turns out that someone was me.
I also built Homeward.ph, a set of free financial tools for OFWs buying property back home. Same philosophy: no signup walls, no sales pressure, just honest guidance.
These are passion projects. My way of giving back after years of working in both tech and real estate.
