Broker profiles on REN.PH are compiled from officially published PRC board exam results. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) publicly releases the list of passers after each Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination, and we have aggregated these historical records.
What our data confirms:
A profile on REN.PH confirms that the individual passed the PRC Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination on a specific date.

- Actual property values may differ significantly from zonal values based on market conditions, improvements, and other factors.
- Always obtain official zonal value certification from the relevant RDO for legal and transactional purposes.
Project Data & Development Status
Project information is sourced from Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) License to Sell (LTS) records and developer submissions.
Development Status is Estimated
Development status (Pre-Selling, Under Construction, Ready for Occupancy) is estimated based on LTS issue date, not official DHSUD classification. Status marked with a tilde (~) indicates an estimate.
Our estimation methodology:
- Pre-Selling (~): LTS issued within the last 2 years
- Under Construction (~): LTS issued 2-4 years ago
- Ready for Occupancy (~): LTS issued 4+ years ago or expired

License to Sell (LTS) Verification
LTS data is sourced from DHSUD public records. An active LTS indicates that the project has been reviewed and approved for sale by DHSUD at the time of issuance.
